Jeez, I just figured they were like every other American employer, demanded a lot of their employees and paid them shit. But that didn't stop me from going there, hiring scabs wouldn't change things, but what does stop me from patronizing the establishment is they'll hire anybody who can't mix a decent cup of chai; now I just make my own. I'll only get drip from them but their pricey stuff is not worth the risk of whether it'll be bad or just decent. If I wanna splurge on taste I'd rather hit up a Jamba Juice.
Starbucks killed the independent coffee shops. Now we must kill Starbucks. And this video. This thread. Is the start of that killing.
#VALAR MORGHULIS
fixed
I stopped going to Starbucks on a regular basis and just made my own coffee at home. I can't think of how much money I've saved. I'll still go there on a rare occasion if I need a fix. I'd rather go to a local place, though.

yeah, it's expensive.
So I watched the video. while I agree with the dude's point about why people protest I can't help, but feel like the dude is a douche. Not only did he brag about getting thrown out of Starbucks on previous occasions (seriously who brags about that?) he ended up making fun of the protesters. He could have gone about this video in a respectful manner which in turn would have earned the viewers respect, and instead he made me feel like he was no better than the protesters themselves.

I'm guessing he's not getting you as a subscriber?
Ever since buying a Tassimo system and working at a place that has free coffee essentially on tap, I've stopped going to Tim Horton's and Starbucks entirely.

Timmies always gives me the runs. They've really gone to absolute shit in the last few years.

I don't really subscribe to youtube channels, if I like them I stick them in my feed reader though.
Um...yeah, what is the discussion? What was the point in wanting me to watch the video? Are you now against of for Starbucks? I am so confused.

It might be your digestive system that's gone to shit.

It is probably just the coffee. Caffeine is a diarhetic.
I personally have a hiatal hernia so anytime I drink a cup of coffee from Starbucks I can't even finish it without having to run to the bathroom.
Needless to say, I don't drink much coffee...

I think it's spelled diuretic.
But anyways... yeah, I've noticed that after drinking a big cup of coffee I tend to... void my bowels much quicker than I normally would in the morning without coffee.
