This is awesome news, I wonder if the movie will include Christian Bale and Brandon Routh or if theyll just recast those characters...either way, should be wicked :D

Has it been announced that it will be live action? That sounds like a big endevor for WB to embark on (getting a bunch of A-list actors to play superheroes, finding a time to shoot that fits with all of their schedules, etc.). My money is on an animated film.

Um... I'm going to have to go with Spiderman... Who does Spiderman have that is better than the Joker? Except for the Joker, I can't think of anyone that could match him, otherwise I'd go with Spidey's villains (Venom, Doc Ock, The Lizard, Carnage, Shocker, himself)

Except for the Joker, I can't think of anyone that could match him, otherwise I'd go with Spidey's villains (Venom, Doc Ock, The Lizard, Carnage, Shocker, himself) No way, I'd have to disagree man. Spiderman has to have the lamest villains aside from Venom and Carnage. I mean WTF Dr. Octopus? Rhino? Sandman? They're pretty "meh" if you ask me. I'd rather go with Ra's al Ghul, Two Face and Riddler.

I'd pay good money to see an adaptation faithful to the spirit (if not the particulars) of the Authority. Now THAT would be a hot comic book movie.xaos
