Indian food I suppose. Although I couldn't choose just the one dish. Samwel_X
Amen... heck, I already eat Indian food most of the time. 8)
Chinese food.
A place in the local mall's food court named China Hut had the most awesome food. Only reason I cared going to the mall with my sister and mom even when I knew they were going to Victoria Secret(which meant they'd go to about 12 other stores first). Their chow mein and honey BBQ glazed chicken dumplings were mouth wateringly tasty. Unfortunately they closed down and were replaced by another chinese joint, but it just wasn't the same.
If you mean food as in cuisine, I'd say Californian French cuisine.
But if you meant food as in specific food, I would say italian-style pizzas. Wood fired, super thin, a sweet and lightly seasoned red sauce, with fresh mozzarella and light ingredients such as basil, artichokes, mushrooms, pancetta...mmmmmm mmmmm.
