Opinion on evil dead? (spoilers)

I thought it was good but somethings bothered me, the sound the demon's make (snake hissling) and there eyes didn't creep me out, orange eyes don't cut it.

I liked mia and her brother's characters but the rest we're terrible the girlfriend was pointless she had no big part in the movie she felt out of place. The ending also didn't make much sense. The demon is dead and buried then mia is revived perfectly fine but the dead are still around. I find that kind of cheesey then the demon is summon and it's still in human form. I liked the movie but it feels like a stand alone film then a series

I found it scary till you actually see the demon possessing mia, all the scaryness went downhill.
