I type the first couple of letters of what I want to go to in the address bar and select it from the drop down bar. I only use bookmarks for pictures i want to post in forums

I have no idea what a bookmarks bar is, but I assume you mean what pages I have bookmarked. There are too many to list. Gamespot, BBC News, Autosport, Engadget, Cracked, and some important University related links are just some of them.

What browser are you using? Most have the first few of your bookmarks listed in the toolbar. Oh I see what you mean now; I use Firefox and Chrome. Chrome doesn't have one, and I always remove the Firefox one when I install it, as I find it a waste of screen space on my laptop.

I'll try using it for a while, but it might get in the way. The screen resolution is 1024x600 like most netbooks, so screen usage is a priority concern.
