I generally don't post my wallpaper unless it's 100% innocent, since GS grounds for moderation vary depending on the cycle of the moon.

Press 'print screen'

Go into an image program (e.g Paint) and Edit > Paste.

Save it and upload it to imageshack or photobucket.

Alternatively, if you have Vista/7 you can use the Snipping Tool in the Accessories folder.
