Out of curiosity, am I the only one who hates...?

...Guns and Roses?  Is it just me, or are they just a slightly harder glam band?  I keep hearing about how they bridged the gap between the mainstream glam metal of the '80s and harder mainstream rock of the '90s, but I haven't seen anything that leads me to believe that they had any impact on the sound of hard rock in the '90s.

Am I the only one who feels this way?

i hate axel rose because he's an idiot, but slash is a talented guitarist. the band itself is one of the best metal bands of th3 80s, but that's not saying much.matrix_hiei

Here is a little story...I once went to one of their concerts and sat right in front of one of the 3 story speakers. They played for 3 hours...when I came out, I was diagnosed with hearing problems...I now hear always hear a "screeching" noise.
