Palestinians rush to the rescue and remove all the guns, mortar shells, and tubing and lay a bunch of bodies and take video and pictures with captions "ISRAELIS MURDER CHILDREN IN UN SCHOOL"... Its a propaganda war and they have had decades of practice for mass media.

You mean ethnic groups? BTW, I think you mean Europeans or Sub Saharan africans, since "white and black" are incredibly vague classifications (Especially in America)
