I donno. Don't think I've had much of or any Little Caesars and only had Papa Johns a few times.
Pizza Hut's pretty good to me, but tastes like a 'fast-foody' pizza. Then Dominos is okay, but thier barbeque chicken pizza is good to me. A place called Euro Pizza around here is pretty good. Then homemade pizza on pita bread or English muffins is good too.
As far as pizza franchises are concerned, I would say The Other Place and Casey's convenience store have some of the best pizza you can buy. For strictly a pizza franchise, I'd probably go with Dominos for price/taste ratio.
I always wanted to try papa john's, was planning to use the superbowl promotion to try it anyway. But I never got compensated for my free pizza for guessing the coin toss correctly so that pretty much killed the attempt. Otherwise I like Pizza Hut buffet a good bit, but nothing is better than a local pizza joint.
Pizza Hut, nothing beats a stuffed crust, meat lovers pizza with alfredo sauce. The best combinations can be pricey, but its damn delicious and bad for you.
Papa Johns costs way too much for the quality you get. There's a fast food shop called Tony's Fish and Pizza Bar (something like that) and do the best EVERYTHING.
Pizza hut is the best. Papa John's is 2nd Dominos is 3rd. Little Cesear's is bottom of the barrel you can buy frozen pizza out of the store that taste better.
I've always loved Round Table Pizza above the rest.

They are way, WAAAAY too expensive. $30 for a freakin' pizza is idiotic. Does it come with prime rib? For that price it better.Nope. It comes with the company now being bankrupt. Don't know where they got off charging $20-30 for a pizza when you can go down the street to a Papa Johns or Pizza Hut and get a large for $10-11.

All of those national chains make terrible pizza, IMO. The only way to go is a locally-owned shop that makes real NY or NJ style pizza. That or a real Italian pizza with thin, crispy crust and lots of veggies, etc.. The best NY/NJ style pizza in my area is called Saccone's, and the best Italian-style place is Mandola's.
