She should go to prison regardless of what she did, she's managed to build celebrity status out of just being rich and stupid. She is a bad role model to kids, has no talent and has made the public fall to a new low. Surely a celebrity should have a reason for being a celebrity? Maybe, a musical talent? or an acting talent? (and yes I know she has been in films...)
Sadly, after serving her prison term, this would only make a her a larger figure in the entertainment industry and expect her to milk every minute of it.

Free food yo. Personally? I'd commit a crime to go to jail, so when I get out, I get a job. Which I can't seem to find as an innocent citizen. Â
I thought it was funny how she claimed ignorance and said she has people read these things for her. That'll make the judge symathetic to her pleas. Anyway, this is going to make her even more famous because we are talking about it and people will probably tune in to that Simple Life show of hers' that she is doing on E! with Nicole Richie. She is going to be a camp counselor. I am probably going to make an even larger effort to avoid watching it now because this seems to be for publicity for that show. Oh, and she drove with a suspended license, while on probation.
She was driving on a suspended license. She should get whatever the normal punishment is. Certainly exists a lot of hate in this thread for her, but just because you don't like someone doesn't mean that they should get a different sentence than someone else.

If I ever met her and did not fear incarceration I would beat the ever living hell out of her with pure joy. She is the biggest travesty on this planet and I seriously hope both her parents decided never to have children again.

Nope, she's actually going to a real jail...no house arrest, no chushy jail. They'll more likely keep ket in solitary confinement away from the gen pop* for her own safety.
