You should get back into it, if you were bored with it try to find some people in your area to jam/train with. It does make a difference when you have friends that are with you.

That's true. The only reason I really stopped is cause of a friend of mine who quit.

What's a Traceurs? Jamming? I know what parkour is. People run around and act out Prince of Persia and Ninja Gaiden in real life. I run around.

A Traceur is someone who is experienced in the art or Parkour, jamming is when a bunch of people gettogetherand just do wall climbs, cats, vaults, and kongs.

I would very much enjoy practicing parkour, but I don't know where to start, and there is nowhere around here to do it anyway.

I find it interesting to watch but I don't see myself participating in it any time soon. Some kids at my school like to do it and ive seen them fall on there face more than a few times.

you can start by training your body, once you think you are strong enough to attempt anything you can look online for tutorials on how to do anything from cat grabs, vaults, kongs, Wall climbs and more.

Portugal. 3 years.

I currently don't do it anymore. I am pretty happy with the results though, helps me on martial arts as well.

It's only good when the people doing it injure themselves. Just like skateboarding.

No, I think it looks pretty cool but I don't know where I'd start... I prefer my inline skates above running anyway.
