The first few times I heard the song I didn't know it was Miley Cyrus singing it and I thought it was bad and devoid of intelligence. When I learned that it was Miley Cyrus singing I was like "yeah, that makes sense" and hated the song even more.

Seriously, the amount of autotuning they did to her voice makes T-Pain sound like Freddie Mercury.
