It doesn't really matter who wins considering its the preseason and the starters will be in for a drive at most. That said the Eagles being my team, im going with the Pats.
Starters play like 2 series So it will be who has the best backups/who actually uses real plays (not just vanilla offense/defense) Patriots have the best team/backups but who knows Early Preseason is all about cutting down your roster They joke on ESPN radio that "you know you have a gambling problem if you are betting on preseason football"
