people from california help me out

my dad is going to california for a business trip and i told him to bring me back some stuff from hollister, but the problem is i've never been there before.

what size shirt should i get? i am a little over 6 ft tall and i am skinny. i usually get M but the shirts look like they have really short sleeves and they'd look really stupid; but then again i need the Ms because they are the right width around the rest of me. are they like those really short sleeves or are they normal t shirt length sleeves?

also are there any outlet malls in california that have a hollister in them?
