People have become too critical of how others do business. The majority of the sheep seem to allow themselves the idea that they can do business better. If a person is cordial and congenial, another person will be irate, and cruel. There is no way to please everyone or anyone in the world of business. If you plan to help a person in anyway, keep in mind that they always be negative in their view of how things degrade. I do not caste pearls before swine with the customer. If they are not wise to begin with, they deserve no wisdom. Irate customers are like children. Business is business. Have customers lost that principle? Or is the discount and their poor spending habits all they care about?
