People have become too critical of how others do business. The majority of the sheep seem to allow themselves the idea that they can do business better. If a person is cordial and congenial, another person will be irate, and cruel. There is no way to please everyone or anyone in the world of business. If you plan to help a person in anyway, keep in mind that they always be negative in their view of how things degrade. I do not caste pearls before swine with the customer. If they are not wise to begin with, they deserve no wisdom. Irate customers are like children. Business is business. Have customers lost that principle? Or is the discount and their poor spending habits all they care about?

I don't know how to deal with people anymore, and I read "How to Win Friends & Influence People". But seriously, I've progressed into a stage in which im starting to think im the only person that matters and this worlds is just a human zoo! Thats damn unhealthy.

I don't understand people and business anymore, because people suck.

No one has satisfaction harming me at my work. I scoff at the poor. Most customers are a waste of time. Most people just go to window shop and waste time. People spend their gas money to buy nothing at a location of their choice; thereby to spend 3 hours contemplating why they should drive 20 miles for a spindle of compact disc for $2.99 and then doing so. In effect, people go to stores to complain that there's no product, and yet, failing to understanding that others are keen to come early to purchase an item that they assume is on-sale. People that fall for advertisement are fools-- they learn these qualities from their cheap parents who can't manage money or time.

The customer isn't right. The customer is led to believe he is right while he is spending money. That is why a good sales-person lies by giving truth. "Truth is for the fool. Lies are for the wise." Comp_atkins, the sellers are only pleased when people buy product at full margin. If businesses discount everything, they aren't producing profit. The buyers buy product for an even exchange between an accepted currency for the acquisition of a good or service. The more businesses lower prices, the more liking they are to close and fail.

It's like those emails you get that are nothing but a big wall of phrases taken from the Internet in order to get people to download the attached file: "it's all formed but renegade is coming to steal convention in the back of the queue is cheaper than the rest in peace".

Customers aren't disrespectful unless they have a reason to be disrespectful. They come into a place of business to exchange currency for something that will make them happier than the currency they just exchanged. That means that if they get the product and service that they want then they will be happy. So unless an employee is being rude to them then there is absolutely no reason for them to get mad in the store. However, it is possible that they were upset before they came into the store and that is a different situation. In that case the employee should do everything possible to make sure the customer is happier after they left than before they came in. It doesn't matter if the customer is rude, they should always leave happier and if they don't then it is the fault of the business or employees.
