Whenever people start insulting others personally, they are taking things too seriously. I have been witness to many flame wars between users and I would say events on Off-Topic have been the worst on the internet I have been part of which is one reason why I do not frequent this forum anymore.
People that take OT too seriously

I don't pay it that much mind....it was a time killer back in the day. Now it's hit or miss if anything is going on or not. But hey....keep telling yourself what you need to tell yourself to feel like you don't wast e time here either. Haha, desperate? That's a um, different look then to I would have originally intended but to clear things up I only mentioned my absence because indeed I haven't been here in a while and I was considering the possibility that some users have changed.
Also I was banking on you taking that bait and to eventually say how much you don't care about this place so I'm good.
