But ur missing the point of the whole invasion. He said it was because they had WMD's. We had no interest in helping iraqui civilains. It was supposed to be an invasion to rid of Iraq of their supposed wmd's our intelligence believed they had but didn't. Now y where still there I have no clue.

That's debatable, but even if it's true, wanting to help a country (which isn't why we did it) does not constitute a clear and present danger.

Because if we pull out, Iraq will become complete hell. There's the possibility of Iran and Syria invading Iraq and taking over. I agree with the TC, most people hate Bush just because it's a fad. I think he's an OK president. He's made mistakes but he isn't as bad as most people say.

He hasn't heloed the Iraqi's at all. Taken a look at Iraq at the moment, worse than it ever was under Saddam. The Iraqi's don't even want the US there anymore, they kind of did at the start, expecting things to get better and that the US may help them, but 4 years on and the US doesn't particularly give a crap about them.

It's all political, by saying he's helping Iraqi's he feels he can get away with whatever he's done. I'm just glad he can't be voted in for a third term.

I don't particularly like news media at all, there's too much systemic propaganda. But what I've written above is what is happening. If you thnk Iraqi's want the US and Bush to stay there you're mistaken. You really should talk to Iraqi's and see their own reaction.

Bush has ****** Iraq up and it'll forever be written in the history books.

That's common knowledge to everyone accept the delusional. Bush thought that there were WMDs in Iraq and there weren't. The only reason we're still over there is because of pride. Bush and his followers in gov't can't admit that they were wrong. If that's not the reason, then it's personal gain and someone is making money off of this whole thing. I don't see how, though. All of this money, and especially human lives, are being wasted because of nothing. They don't want us over there. I support our troops with all of my heart, but the president I don't even claim.

I have my reasons for hating Bush/the Bush administration. He's a fearmongerer (count how many times he says "9/11" in any speech he makes), he's trying his best to destroy this nation's secularism, and he destroyed America's international reputation. I've got other reasons, but those are the big three.

I agree, however, that many people who say they hate Bush just do it to feel smart/popular.

Ok, so what would you do in his position? Pulling out of Iraq would make things worse. If we stay there, troops will still be killed but it will eventually stabilize enough to where we can leave and give the job to the Iraqi security forces.

So you're saying that it would be a good idea to let organizations like Hezbollah and the Mujahadeen take over Iraq. That would just create a much bigger problem.

I would like to start off by saying I do support Bush. America's International Reputation has never been too great. Not many countries like us and we aren't nearly a great as Americans think. And how does he try to destroy the secularism? And 9/11 has played a HUGE role in his administration. No president has had to deal with a catastrophe like 9/11.

[QUOTE="Josh_345"]Anyone agree? Bush helped Iraq.Mikey132

But ur missing the point of the whole invasion. He said it was because they had WMD's. We had no interest in helping iraqui civilains. It was supposed to be an invasion to rid of Iraq of their supposed wmd's our intelligence believed they had but didn't. Now y where still there I have no clue.

Because if we pull out, Iraq will become complete hell. There's the possibility of Iran and Syria invading Iraq and taking over. I agree with the TC, most people hate Bush just because it's a fad. I think he's an OK president. He's made mistakes but he isn't as bad as most people say.

That may not be a bad Idea, let Iran or Syria take Iraq. They are fairly stable countries and I'm betting would hold more influence over the Iraqi population. The U.S will never fix the problem in Iraq, they're either going home disapointed or never leaving. Most Iraqis now probly care less about American Ideals and are just waiting for them to leave so they can take their country back.

I think given them to Iran would be not so smart but syria, ok.............Now the whole Iraq situation will never be able to be resolved by americans due to differences in cultures. We believe things should be done a certain way and they believe things should be done a certain way. My teacher was explaining the other day the reason nobody succeeds iin the middle east is because people over there have different ideologies that they wont change. Its either their way or the highway. Bush should have studied his history and seen that attempts in the past have failed to control areas in the middle east.

CNN and ect are practicing yellow journalism.

Ok, so what would you do in his position? Pulling out of Iraq would make things worse. If we stay there, troops will still be killed but it will eventually stabilize enough to where we can leave and give the job to the Iraqi security forces.

I wouldn't be in his situation in the first place. I don't understand why some people feel as if Americans need to play global police. There shouldn't have been American troops over there from the beginning. They never wanted us over there and the few who did probably don't anymore. Iraq was not stable, I'll admit, but is it in any better condition from when we went there at first? No. Is anyone gaining anything from this?

I believe it is you, sir, who has been fooled by the media.

Who are the one's following a fad? The one's who like Bush or the one's who hate him?

It's not a fad, it's a matter of beliefs.

I don't want a homophobe running the nation. Clinton>Bush. JFK>All. Feces>Bush. Do I make myself clear?

What did Clinton do that was so great?

Nothing, really. He was just a better president than Bush. JFK still owns them all, in both a fistfight and international affairs.

Why the hell should we root for the home team if it's losing? Because it's the home team? I'd rather try to be right than make no effort at all.

It's a fad, man. I know 10 year old that say they hate Bush just because they see it in school and here it on the TV. Kids at that age don't know what their talking about. People that come out and say "I hate Bush! He's an evil dictator!" are just ignorant, and they sound just like the 10 year olds. It's always "HE WENT TO WAT FOR TEH WMD'S!!!!!!1!!" or "TEH OIL!!!111!!!! IT'S ALL ABOUT TEH OIL'S!!1!!. He's made mistakes, but does not deserve the hate that so many show him.
