I've been seeing how people are commenting on movies lately, and it's making me think that most people's standards are becoming too high.

 

What movies that was scored really high by people and critics, that you thought was a stinker?

I'm a frigging movie elitst. I hate 99% of te stuff that comes from Hollywood these days. I hate contemporary horror movies most of all. Same exact scares, same exact women screaming and mysteriously tripping over some random object, same deranged killer, but, oh look! Now he's a religous nutjob/high strung moralist/obessesed fan.

Standards are pretty low if people are still paying to see movies like Blades of Glory and School for Scoundrels.

Free popcorn too.  95% of movies these day suck

I myself can tolerate any movie... There was one really bad one "Dungeons and Dragons", and it had nothing to do with the actual game, but still I managed to watch it and enjoy it.
