Personal Signature/ Avatar

Ok so I know that if you have Adabe Photoshop you can construct your own sig. However, I do not have Photoshop, and I do not have the money to fork out for that program. So here is my question.

If I give someone ideas could they construct a sig for me?

GIMP or Paint.net of any other freeware program that lets you do that sort of stuff.

Theres a Union full of people who will make you one, but I cant remember the name. Someone here will know.Big_Bad_Sad
