I thought it was really good. :) All of their stuff is great I have listened to a lot of My Morning Jacket and they are pretty good. But I haven't heard of the Old 97's...I'll check em out.You would like Laura Veirs :) heard of her?

I dont know her, but I will check her out. The Old 97's are good plus their lead singer Rhett Miller has some good solo albums.

Well I think that The Crane Wife is their best album, but I listened to these albums in order:
Picaresque
Castaways and Cutouts
The Crane Wife
The Hazards of Love
The Crane Wife would be the best start IMO
