This time its modern bands with girl singers. My favorites are Metric and Neko Case.

The Yeah yeah yeahs were absolutely awful on SNL, I dunno what you guys see in 'em. I guess I'm not really into indulgent indie pop.

Nowhere:evil: This time I am trying to make this poll more accesible since people dont usually know the bands I post.
I only know Metric from that list and I've only heard one song from them :|Well I said accessible not well known:P
Why are there always so many music threads? :? And I don't like any of those bands.SoraX64I quite like music threads. Though poll threads not so much. No offense film guy....:P
I quite like music threads. Though poll threads not so much. No offense film guy....:PLJS9502_basicI enjoy them sometimes too, but seeing a new one asking what everyone's favorite band is (either overall or out of a group) every 5 minutes is a little ridiculous... :P
Well, this is the first time you haven't included a band I'm familiar with. I'll vote the Yeah Yeah Yeahs because they're the only one I've heard of.
Gosh that's a toughie as I'm quite fond of all those bands. I suppose I listen to Neko Case the most with Yeah Yeah Yeahs being a close second but honestly I'd be happy with any of them as they are all great bands.
The Yeah Yeah Yeah's is the only one I know on that poll, but I think Flyleaf is the best band with a girl singer.

Everyone sounds awful on SNL.
Anyway, I'd go with Metric, if only because Emily is in BSS. Although I've liked what I've heard from Bat for Lashes.
I voted Yeah Yeah Yeahs, because I own one of thier CDs and thier pretty good i guess.
Metric seems pretty good, though I havn't really listened to them much. I did see them live earlier this summer and they performed well. But I was mostly there for Dinosaur Jr and The Offspring, and that the concert was free. :P
