I'm a 2 years rookie guitar player, currently using a les paul custom by epiphone. I'm looking for an acoustic guitar, and I've heard that Ibanez got some pretty good ones, I was just wondering what other good acoustic i can get.

Please god oh god don't get an Ibanez.

You have permission to get an Ibanez if you spend over 1000 dollars but other than that it's a no go.

Ibanez guitars are awesome. Don't listen to this fool.

EDIT: oh wait, the over thousand dollars thing is probably true. Disregard.

Build it yourself. That way you have a mystical bond with it that gives you amazing guitar playing abilities...

Did I say they aren't?

Ibanez guitars like the SVs are TOTAL beasts but they're pretty pricey. Cheap Ibanez's are poorly made and have their pickups falling out constantly.

Plus I really doubt you own an ACOUSTIC ibanez.

Yeah, see my edit. Sorry for being stupid. Also, no I don't own an acoustic Ibanez.

I have an Epiphone Hummingbird, and it's great. I'm really satisfied with it. Then again the color/design may not be your thing, that's a matter of taste. But for the money it's a nice guitar. I think it's very important for you to LIKE your guitar, rather than liking it's features and what reviews say.

Show me that low-priced Martin. :|

And sorry lon3lysnake, I don't have any experience using electro-acoustic guitars. I use microphones + mixer for recording and amplifying my acoustic.

I recommend getting the best sound acoustic you can, regardless of its plugged in sound, etc. Be sure you're happy with the tone, because you can always hook a a mic for amplification and recording.

Its a Little Martin, but the thing sounds good for the price. My mom has one and its very nice.
