I just got surround sound, but I can't turn my woofer past 1/4. The sound just gets all dissorted, all the speakers get fuzzy sounding. The woofer sound is coming out of every speeker instead of just the woofer. Please help.
No matter how powerful a speaker is, if the system driving it isn't high quality with a nice amp it will sound bad. If you play guitar, imagine a 4x4 cab driven by a 5 watt amp. It will overdrive almost right away and start to scratch.
