What gaming console do you own? Xbox 360

Why did you purchase this gaming console? I had the original Xbox and was excited for the new one.

Did you ever consider the features other than the gaming aspect the console offers when making the purchase? Not at all

Was price a big factor when considering the console? Please explain. No I was getting it for christmass and my mom alays gets big stuff for christmass

Did you or have you ever considered purchasing another/different gaming console? If so, why? Considered it but didnt because only a few games on other systems interest me

Is there anything that would make you consider purchasing a different gaming console than the one you own. If the Wii had a few more games I would like

If you could design a gaming console what features would you want it to have and why? Everything the Xbox has but I would like a 5 disc changer

How important is interactive gaming to you (similar to what Wii offers)? Not important I want to play with a controller nothing else

How important is online gaming to you? I will not buy a game with no online and I normally only buy big online games (CoD, Halo, Gears)

As a PC-only gamer, my answers would be moot, other than this answer.

I did not purchase a Wii/PS3/Xbox because they only offer gaming and video playback.

I have considered buying a PS3 because of the blu-ray capability and the exclusiveness of the PS3 games. Most of the good PS3 games are not multi-platform, where almost everything offered on the Xbox 360 has a PC version.

I would buy a PS3 if the price dropped significantly. Also I would have to upgrade my POS tv.

Somewhat important. However most of the games that I find enjoyable offer little to no interactive gaming.

How important is online gaming to you? Somewhat important. I have played a few online games but the idea of paying for a subscription to play the majority of them has cause me to give up online gaming. I tend to become enthralled on one particular game for about a month then become bored of it and move onto the next game. It's not worth it to pay for a subscription for an online game that I don't play for longer than a month's duration.

2. Xbox was the most powerful gaming console on the market when it hit. I wanted a 360 because I was so impressed with the OG.
3. Yes, I considered hardware specifications, online connectivity, online content and local (LAN or DL) media playback.
4. Price was AND wasn't a factor. Once I made the decision to buy a next-gen console the price differences between consoles wasn't great enough to factor into my decision-making.
5. Yes I considered purchasing both the Wii and the PS3, I am still weighing my options on a PS3.
6. Only one thing would make me consider purchasing a different game console: exclusive games.
7. I would want a game console with more storage (where are my 500g HDDs?), more video processing power, and a built in handheld that could dock and retrieve free games that come with my retail full-game purchases.
8. Interactive gaming is not too important. Right now it's still in it's infancy (remember Duck Hunt? why are we still in that phase?) and thus a novelty.
9. Certain aspects of gaming online is fantastic (Co-op, deathmatches, ect) but on the whole the main story/campaign is fine as a single player.

I didn't care about price as i wanted the console bad and had plenty of money at the time.

Yes, the xbox 360 due to it's exclusive games and xbox live.

If i had enough money, then yes i probably will buy an xbox 360.

Not really all that important to me as i only focus on graphics and gameplay.

Why did you purchase this gaming console? I purchased the 360 because I had an Xbox that I got because one of my friends recommended it. I got the Wii because it seenmed fun and it would be good for when I had friends over and I got the PC because of the better games and graphics.

$400 IS a lot of money; but obviously I thought it was worth it.

However, if I had to make the choice again, I'd probably just upgrade my PC.
