since ebay and paypal doesnt want to help i was wondering if you guys could (i dont know how though) well im trying to sell an item and i have to do a billing agreement

Use PayPal's automatic billing service to automatically pay your selling fees each month. You can review or cancel this billing agreement, or modify your funding sources, at any time. Simply log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click pay list.

does that mean i have to pay a fee every month?

Well Ebay needs to make money so I think they do charge you on sold Items, but I don't think it costs for an account or to list items, but I believe you have to pay once you've reached a certain number of pictures, or # of listings also when you sell Items I believe it charges you a small fee, I'm not sure though, someone correct me if I'm wrong.

TC you build up a fee based on you insertion listing fee or and final listing fee. At the middle of the month. Ebay will send you an invoice that will show you how much you owe. You can then decide whether you want Paypal to auto-pay, or manually pay it.
