all the islam threads bring out the butthurt from some of the users here so its quite funny.

Hearing the same old tired points can be boring yes.

How could you not want to take an interest in your own surroundings regarding politics? Maybe it is just something you realise as you get older :( biggest_loser

Actually I almost never talk about politics and religion in real life so this forum helps keep me up to date (although it' s always about american politics and I' m not american...). I will agree though that sometimes there are TOO many threads about said topics.

Because people love a good argument and both topics tend to create ones.

I agree that they're boring to talk about, but some people find it interesting. Just as some thing I like to talk about would seem like a "snoozefest" to others.
