90's - and if you think otherwise you are musically challenged
ps. if you think 80's your crazy, the 80's was the worst decade of music EVER
R-Dot-Yung
The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Hendrix, The Doors, its the 60's so you must be musically challenged but the 80's were the worst decade in musical history.
What is with everyone saying the 90's, what was so good about that decade in musical terms ?at0mic13
*Sigh* no comment ..

Give me one good reason why the 90's were better than the 60's.
Every grunge band , Rage Against the Machine , Smashing Pumpkins , Oasis , Radiohead , etc etc etc ... all I can think of the 60's were the Beatles and the Rolling Stones ... and the Who.There were so many good bands of the 90's , even if you did'nt like them. The 90's were huge.[QUOTE="at0mic13"][QUOTE="PaddyPlasterer"][QUOTE="at0mic13"]What is with everyone saying the 90's, what was so good about that decade in musical terms ?PaddyPlasterer

To each his own. Comparing different genres and saying one is more talented than the other makes no sense. Twice as loved? I bet there's thousands of people who loved the 90's Seattle grunge wave.Basically, you're always gonna find people who like the kind of music you like, so comparing different genres is stupid.

No ... actually , Bob Dylan and Kurt Cobain are basicly in the same mould. They both were not the most glamorous of guitar players , but they wrote great music ... And a band like Alice In Chains , with a guitarist like Jerry Cantrell ... he's better than any guitarist the 60's has ever produced. And don't say that they were twice as loved either.Nirvana , much like the Beatles , Rolling Stones , The Who are much loved today aswell.Same goes for bands like the Smashing Pumpkins , Oasis etc ...[QUOTE="at0mic13"][QUOTE="PaddyPlasterer"][QUOTE="at0mic13"][QUOTE="PaddyPlasterer"][QUOTE="at0mic13"]What is with everyone saying the 90's, what was so good about that decade in musical terms ?PaddyPlasterer

I never said Rage were grunge , I seperated them from the grunge bands by putting their name after "All the grunge bands" ;)[QUOTE="at0mic13"][QUOTE="PaddyPlasterer"][QUOTE="at0mic13"][QUOTE="PaddyPlasterer"][QUOTE="at0mic13"]What is with everyone saying the 90's, what was so good about that decade in musical terms ?kylekatarn10
