Of those mentioned I have seen Harry Potter, The Hangover and Star Trek and out of those three I would say Harry Potter is the best with Star Trek coming in a close second. However, The Hurt Locker is by far the best movie of the summer that I have seen.
Best and Transformers don't go together at all. It shouldn't even be in the poll. That movie was terrible and I haven't seen any of the other movies in that list so no comment.

Well it was terrible but i had to put it , it made 800 million dollar :S And still going .
I thought this summer was kind of crappy for movies, but Transformers 2 was okay... And really Up is getting votes? I havn't seen the movie but it's really that decent?

I just watched the best movie I've seen this year (500 days of summer) though I am going to watch 'Moon' and 'The Hurt Locker' in the next couple of weeks so that might change...

Glad you loved (500) Days of Summer. Finally more and more are people are seeing this movie. :) For a while I was stuck being the only person on this site who's seen it, considering I saw the film the month before it came out.
