Poll : Do you like religious topics in OT?

I've been seeing a lot of religious posts lately and want to get your viewpoint on this.

Seeing alot latley? We have them ALL the time.

Lately? I don't post in them much. For the most part it is just a lot of folks on both sides with little understanding of what they're talking about arguing over silly red herrings and silly theories.

I don't care. I don't read them. Those topics are places where unstoppable force meets unmovable object. Nothing good can emerge from something like that.

Yeah "lately" I haven't been in OT for a while and now they seem more frequent.

I don't pay attention to them.

They're annoying, especially the Evolution vs Creation threads (which are rehashed over & over)

Isn't there any chance to make one massive religious thread and stick it? To tell the truth I don't see any point of having multiple threads where people debate over and over about the same thing.

Yep, the discussion pretty much ends in a stalemate. The only thing I like about them is you can gain more respect and understanding of their religion/atheism.

Back in the day the discussion used to be interesting. Now not so much so I mostly ignore them.

I proposed such an idea last week and was told it was a stupid idea by a couple MODs.

Personally, I'd like to see a Evolutions vs ID thread sticky at the top that gets refreshed every week or so. That alone would cut the religion threads by half.

personally i'm not really into religious stuff,but it's still one of unsolved mysteries out there. it's allways worth a discussion

I don't mind them; and I rarely take the debates seriously, anyway. :P
