I'm interested to see the majority opinion. I apologize if this poll has offended anyone.

I like the second option because of the "WHAT A TWIST" factor associated with it.
Come one none of you feel like that? :(
I think its either the first, but now that you mention it I wouldn't be surprised if its the second. Then that would bring up the issue of where the conscious of all those extra people came from.
Instead of an afterlife, there is an afterdeath. They will have death buffets celebrating the new arrivals and drink red wine for heart health.
What happens? There's one less person to make threads like this.
Anyways, I think that you are graded before you enter heaven. If you have what it takes to enter, you do. If not, you relive your life and try to do better.
Which would mean that life... life is the real hell.
You're a very happy person, aren't you?Your existance as an individual is an illusion.
Death frees you from this illusion.
Once free, the illusion is forgotten.
Only the truth remains.
The truth is unknowable while maintaining the illusion of individuality.
Carry on.

you are comforted by the illusion.
We all are.
But your comfort is part of the illusion.
A lie within a lie.

Geez, tone down the cheer.I think you go to your personal heaven. So, God, who is Clint Eastwood circa Any Which Way But Loose, drives to me in my new Impreza WRX. He tells me my new heaven name is Ace Starkiller, and that I have been chosen to play guitar for Stone Temple Pilots for eternity, that my groupies are all Gal Gadot, and that heavy drinking and a sick sense of humour are the most attractive things to heaven women.D3nnyCrane
Where do i sign up for this religion?

You see through others eyes.
You share in their illusion.
We see through the eyes of truth.
And we see that there is only one.

Heyy, Clint Eastwood is my deity. Eastwoodism > your religion with Clint Eastwood :x
you're gone. you have no consciousness.. it was for you as it was in the time before you were born.. not bad, not good.. just nothing.comp_atkinsWhat?! Nothing is bad :(
I return to dust and billions of years after my death, a new star will be born from remnants of some of my dust particles.
That's not completely accurate. What happens before you are born? Bow chika wow wow. What happens after you die? Stinkage. What happens before you are born? Nothing
What happens after you die? Nothing

I think you just cease to exist, it seems to be the most logical answer, but the truth is there is no possible way of knowing until you actually die...

You misunderstand, Clint circa AWWBL, complete with Clyde the Orangutan, is simply the form he takes. In addition, Barry White reads the newspaper to me and I have my own soundtrack, which, as I enter my new heaven, plays Don't Stop Believing.[QUOTE="carrot-cake"]

I don't really know. I'm Agnostic. I don't believe in God, yet I don't rule out the possibility of a higher power. Personally, I think there's nothing after death. My body will decompose and become one with the earth. Just part of a cycle.

Thank you for having Ed for FULLMETAL ALCHEMIST on your picture. And I do believe in afterlife. You have to if you believe in god.
I have no idea, but I'm scared to death of a potential afterlife. I'd like to just die and go into nothingness.t3hrubikscubeReally? Whyy? :o
And I do believe in afterlife. You have to if you believe in god.Well even if there was a god, what would make you think he'd give us an afterlife? If life isn't fair, what makes you think death is? D:dunl12496
