- Spider-Man - X-Men - Fantastic Four - Iron Man - The Hulk - Captain America - Superman - Batman - Wonder Woman - The Flash - Green Lantern - Aquaman I think Marvel is way better. Spider-Man has the best bag guys in the comic book universe. X-Men is a ton of awesome characters and the Fantastic Four is 4 people along with arguably the best bad guy ever in comics Dr. Doom and the Silver Surfer with the new movie coming is apparantly part of the F4 universe. Also, I think the Iron Man movie will be good, the old Hulk show was awesome and Captain America is a good superhero who should be given a movie. As for DC, they are okay. Superman is overrated but Batman is my 2nd favorite superhero (behind Spider-Man). The others I listed for DC are nothing more then minor league superhero's in my opinion. Marvel is easily better than DC.

I'm more of a Marvel fan due to that company having characters with much deeper motivations and overall, in my opinion, better storylines when I was growing up so due to nostalgia I will always give the nod to Marvel. That being said, DC picked up the ball in the mid 80s and started picking up some great talent and has continued their level of quality into the present day so I don't really have a preference now.

Batman Begins was a good movie and I said earlier that Batman is my 2nd favorite superhero...but with that said Batman Begins is VERY overrated. People were just so happy to see a Batman movie that didn't suck that they overrated this movie a lot. Spiderman 2 is the greatest superhero movie ever, with the first Spiderman 2nd, and probably X2 third and Superman 2 4th.

Marvel by far. Fantastic 4, Spider man, x-men, wolverine (not as an x-man), and SHIELD.
DC has Batman. And DC has the lamest of lame with Aquaman.

I didn't like either of the Spider-Man movies. And I genuinely think Batman Begins is the best comic book movie ever made. They couldn't have made a better origin story, if they took Year One and turned it into a screenplay.

Ahhhh yes those great Marvel movies. These was especially painful for me as you would be hard pressed to find a greater Fantastic Four fan so you can imagine how happy I was with their treatment of Dr.Doom.

Movies: DC

Marvel characters have a depth which DC characters did not until recently. DC did not really expand the characters until later on, Batman was an action hero for decades until they finally decided to give the character more history and why he is what he is.
The Movies, DC's superman and batman is better than the marvel movies.

I like both companies, plus whoever made the Thundercats cartoons. Cartioons, because they were on the WB afternoons in the 1980's/1990's. Not to dis. any comic book fan or company.
