***POLL*** Which is your favorite season of Dexter so far? *POSSIBLE SPOILERS*

IMO Dexter is the best show on TV easily. Acting is great, writing is great, and you just can't wait for next week's episode...the show grips you tighter than Dexter with a garrote.

It is literally putting the word show in Showtime, and making it a bigtime cable player.

All 4 seasons have been amazing, but I like the 2nd season best, when Doaks finds out Dexter's Bay Harbor Butcher secret and confronts him near the end.

S4 has been the best. S2 was just absurd.. s3 boring, S1 was good the first 6 episodes.. then it started to get absurd.

season 3 was mine but iunno season 4 is starting to get REALLY good with trinity.

It's between season 2 ans season 4 so far. But the way S.4 is leaning it might become my personal favorite. Off topic this one of the few media's I've seen based off books where the show came out better.

I'm dissapointed that I can't read any of you guys' messages yet.....there has already been 10 responses and i can't see them, hopefully GS will straighten this out.

Very interesting, lot of you are loving season 4, I must admit John Lithgow is amazing as Trinity!

I'm still sad we won't be seeing Lundy (Keith Carradine) anymore, he was great. I thought the final season of Dexter might have a confrontation (cat and mouse game) between Dexter and Lundy.

Speaking on confrontations, Quinn and Dexter will probably be at each others' throats at some time.

Love Jennifer Carpenter (Deb) and her potty mouth, did you guys know she and Michael Hall (Dex) are now married in real life?

My favorite character is Angel Batista.

Lithgow is godlike as trinity, I'm really loving season 4 so far. But then season 1 and 2 were great too... I can't decide!

Personally I thought Season 3 was very good, but it suffered in comparison to the other 3 (I think we can have an opinion on Season 4 by now). Its just relative.

Season 3 for me was still better than anything on TV, but it was a letdown from 2.

I'm just starting season 3, but I think the 1st is the best.

I was kinda wishing Dexter was more of a calm in the storm type. instead they want show his progression into something more human.

I think the current season is the best so far. Season 2 was a little predictable, and 3 was... well, I don't want to say boring, but... that serial killer, the skinner, he sucked.

The first season was pretty cool (no pun intended), too. But I really like 4. It's very intense.

Although, you gotta love that part in 3, where Dex trashed his office and shouted "MIGUEL!!!!"

I've enjoyed the 4th season more than any of the others so far, especially the later episodes, they've been incredibly intense.

So far it's 2>1=4>3. Just waiting for the final two episodes. Should be awesome! :D
