Getting trapped under rubble after an earthquake and having a couple of fingers severed, slowly bleeding to death with hundreds of pounds of concrete slowly caving in your chest at the same time.
falling off a boat wouldnt be too bad cuz at least right before you fall you can be like " I'M ON A BOAT!" the worst way to die would probly be bleeding to death slowly, like the slowest you can bleed to death, after having a vast amount of tortures done to you. including but not limited to waterboarding, getting your nails pulled out, getn slammed into a wall, getn maced in the eye repeatedly, .. exc.. all while listening to the same jonas brothers song on loop for about a year strait.. remember all this is done before you eventually die from bleeding over about a 2 day period.

I would have to say be burned alive would be extremely painful and possibly the worst way to die. Buried alive involves suffocation and would mostly be psychological torture and not as physically painful.
Definitely by being locked in a room with Twilight playing on every surface until you die of either dehydration or suicide. I'd definitely go with the latter. And it'd happen within just a few minutes.

I find it more comforting to be honest. Won't be able to regret anything. What if I got to heaven & Jesus turned out to be annoying, or I ran into people I hate.
Was going to vote for "buried alive" but then went for "eaten by dog" since its more painful. Buried alive you will die from lack of oxygen, being torn apart by a dog is slightly worse.
