Poll: Would You Be A Male Model If You Had The Looks?

I know this dude in college who's a male model. he's always throwing parties, has at least two girls on his arm, and is a rich bastard.

I wouldn't. If you feel the need to show yourself off like that to attract ladies you'd only attract the wrong sort of ladies.

Yup, tough job...I like how whenever they interview models they always complain about how tough their job is. Sure, they might have to get up at 4 AM some days...they might have to travel (oh, big bummer there, you get to get photographed on a beach in Fiji :roll: ) a lot, but damn just revel in your luck and use it while you can and dont think you have it tough.

I do have the looks. And I have a photo shoot this weekend. :/

I guess if the pay was good, yeah. I don't have the looks though, so it's not really an issue for me.

I've been offered the option to get into the modelling business before. I had to do a few photoshoots before even certifying that I would get a contract, which isn't unreasonable or anything but I just wasnt interested. Looking back I kind of wish I had given it a shot.

If I was making good money for it? Hell yeah. Side modeling jobs aren't stupid at all. Saying its a "stupid" job sounds a little resentful.

yep, i would. not for the girls, or the fame, just the money. as someone said, it'd attract the wrong sort of girls...though i'm sure i'd enjoy their company. i was in a photoshoot for vodafone, some random chick stopped me on the street and said i'd be perfect for it, and i got paid 500 bucks for literally 2 hours of doing nothing. can't complain.

Personally I wouldn't want to be a model, I probably wouldn't live a healthy lifestyle because of it, and I'd find it a boring job day-to-day.

If I had the kind of looks that people would pay to take pictures of, then yes, yes I would. It's good money that can come with perks, and seems comparatively easy. Ideally I'd be a hand model. :P

I don't think I would want to make a career out of it, but a short term or seasonal thing would be great.
