Poor people have easier lives than us

I'm just saying they dont have to clean, work and go to school and stuffs. Whe I see the ads on tv about the poor I never feel sorry coz I reckon they have a much better life, like, they don't have to worry about deadlines and their appearance and what people think of them. Just wanted to see if you guys agree... do you think someone who doesnt have to work has a harder life than us? pffftt c'mon!

Omigosh! yeh but thats what they all say... like we have to worry about waaaaay more. I have so much stress and moments where I feel really sad like on top of that I have to please so many people -_- they have 3 problems that can be solved easily, starving- beg for food, water- drink out of free drinking fountains, heat- start a fire with sticks or beg for a lighter.

I believe being poor is a lot to do with mental conditions and such, than actual not getting enough money to pay bills, its part of it... But a lot of poor people did something that got them in that spot keep in mind. TRUST ME. I guess I will use Rocky as an example, he was poor before going big. I am certain he would say it had something to do with his mind that got him in that tough spot. But just like the TC he has so many opportunities it would be impossible to be poor. I have had times where I just could not get a job, but now I know it was probably my mind that was blocking me from seeing the obvious.. Though it obviously does not help when you are not connected with people, that is probably the root of the problem. Bottom line you cant just look at someone who is living on the street and think he is a victim of society. Some people are using extremes like a person warming himself with a candlelight in the middle of winter. Those people definately did things to get themselves there, like drug problems, etc.

True! Good example to! Omg! that is soo true!! Most of the poor people do have themselves to blame! And yeh I get you!It's not that you COULDNT get a job its that you were MENTALY HELD BACK like the rest of the poor yeh thats why we can't feel sorry for them, because they can get a job they just have to push themselves like you did but yeh people hold us back, society puts standards it gets tough.

Depends on the country you are "poor" in. I am trying to convince all the unemployed poor people in my country to move to Canada. They have very good social systems that these people could take advantage of.
