That's sad. But honestly, i dont see why they should have even kept him alive. 43 years of living in hell for the kid. 43 years of having to take care of someone who's your size.
Yea, it's all touchy-feely. But i bet his life would have been much better if they aborted the infant than have to care for it for its entire life.
