I have Tiscali 8mbps, and over the past week its slowly been rising from 6mbps all the way to 10.5mbps! my upload also went from 250k to 1018k, my ping also cut in half!
Is this normal? Im getting more mbps than Im paying for and tiscali is rated really low but Its actually the best service I ever had.
Am i experiencing line upgrades?

:( I win! I litterely just switched from dial up to 3G tonight. I kinda miss the freedom of Dialup :(.

for $10 bucks a month. All hail Canada :D It gets up over 60mbps on weekdays.
