Charter Cable, I used to have SBC but they always had problems in my area. Disconnected, once for like a whole week and the customer service say the same things..."Did you plug your cable all the way?". "Do all the lights stay green?" I felt like telling those idiots...I wouldn't be calling if the basics of this problem wasn't checked! Plus I was getting charged for the time I wasn't even using my DSL.
