How have you never had either? What do you drink after playing sports or working out? PAHAHAHA! Working out! If I've had a stirring game of tennis on the lawn I'll wash it down with a cup of tea or some Pimms. Or, y'know, water.[QUOTE="MissLibrarian"]

[QUOTE="Pirate700"]How have you never had either? What do you drink after playing sports or working out? ..... water?Water doesn't give you anything back. You need sodium and sugar (electrolytes) back. Heck, a soda does more for you after working out than just water does.[QUOTE="MissLibrarian"]

Which most people don't east soon enough after working out.Ew, neither. I drink water. Every once in a while I'll have Gatorade if that's all there is after some kind of exercise.

Lucazade does that best, it was designed as a medication after all.[QUOTE="Litchie"][QUOTE="Pirate700"]How have you never had either? What do you drink after playing sports or working out?

They're Yum, you should try it..
Just look at that! Nature tells me that nothing that colour should go in my body. Blergh.[QUOTE="Pirate700"]Water doesn't give you anything back. You need sodium and sugar (electrolytes) back. Gatorade. G3, specifically. There are better nutritional drinks, though. Gatorade out of the two brands, though.BranKetraI'd actually take a revitalize vitamin water over both to be honest. I wish they didn't cost a lot more though considering its in a smaller bottle...

Gatorade. The blue G2 is amazing.
Honestly I haven't had Powerade in a long time. I never really liked it when it first came out. Maybe I will try again, there seems to be a lot of people preferring that.

Just look at that! Nature tells me that nothing that colour should go in my body. Blergh.MissLibrarianAgreed completely. There are a few dye-free flavours, though. The US gets white cherry (what a weird name) - http://us.powerade.com/products/#white-cherry Here in BC the clear one is raspberry. It's actually not bad, it's a fairly subtle flavour.
They both taste the same to me. I get Gatorade more often, but I'll get a Powerade when I get the chance.

My dislike of the colour is I think just an indicator of the fear of the unholy chemical taste abound within :P Can someone tell me if they're still or sparkling?

I don't really ever drink vitamin water. It's because I take multivitamins already. I like G3 because it has protein in it. Like I said, there are better nutritional drinks. Go to a GNC or Vitamin World. They have all sorts of stuff.

They taste fantastic after exercising, at least. If you're just drinking them for the same of drinking them, they become slightly disgusting.
