2 votes for the Saints...really? The whole NFC looks terrible, and they look like the 3rd or 4th best NFC teamrawsavonI've been a Saints fan for 15 years of my life. I have faith that we'll turn our season around once we shake the Super Bowl hangover. Also it's pretty early to tell who's the best team. Most teams gain their heat during the second half of the year and ride it through the postseason like the Steelers for instance.
World Series: Texas Rangers
Super Bowl: I have no clue; I only pay attention to the Cowboys for the most part and they're out of consideration
NBA Finals: Oklahoma City Thunder
World Series - SF Giants
Super Bowl - NY Giants
NBA Championship - NY Knicks
Stanley Cup - NY Rangers
UEFA European Football Championship - Greece

Lots of teams do turn it around...but after this week, many teams will be half-way done. The Saints D caught lightening in a bottle last year. They sucked (gave up tons of yards), but they got a million turnovers at the right times. Also, RB's are garbage this year. Maybe Bush will help though.

We just got a bunch of turnovers off the blitz. That being said, the yardage total is deceptive because we ran the score up in several games and people were just throwing all over us in garbage time. This year the defense is getting more pressure because the offense isn't converting on third down and Drew Brees has been checking the ball down an abnormally high amount. I think he's averaging somewhere around 6 yards a throw and has a completion percentage up arond 70%. That's ridiculous. That means he's just throwing short routes all day, completing them, and not getting the first down. Hopefully they fix these mistakes they're making. They're 4-3, so they're far from done. They want 0-4 a couple of years back and finished the year 8-4 with Brees posting up huge numbers in the last few games. So, I definitely think we're still relevant.
[QUOTE="frostybanana"] So, I definitely think we're still relevant.rawsavonAlmost every team in the NFC is  ...there are about 8-10 teams I could see going to the Super Bowl (to get killed by an AFC team) That literally means nothing as we are not even half way through the season. I only picked the Steelers because they were my preseason favorite, but I can see why people are choosing, perhaps for a lack of a better word, questionable teams to go the distance. The NFL hasn't exactly been predictable the last few seasons.

The NFL hasn't exactly been predictable the last few seasons. The Steelers are a good pick. They look really dominant. I think you can tell a lot (not counting injuries) at the half-way point. -though there is always a Denver (last year) that looks good on paper but really isn't. That would be the Giants this year. They have beat a bunch of garbage teams and have been blown out by teams that are not even great.
Since you left out the greatest sport known to mankind I can not answer this question.Dracula68foxxy boxing?

Ravens can't play the Texans in the Super Bowl. They're in the same conference. Please Log In to post.
