Actually over 1.5 million of the 2.4 million troops are at here home in America. And troops are always put through training drills and live fire exercises

We can't really know for sure, but there are some pretty good estimates out there. Based on his SAT score of 1206, his IQ is estimated to be 125. That would put him in the top 95 percentile. Not bad for a dummy, huh?

The title of this Topic is a Oxy Moron if I've ever seen one lol. And just what is a "Southern Canadian?" I live in Ontario near Toronto, can't get too much more south in Canada than that. But I've never heard of North or south Canadians.
