LINK.

A Georgia lawmaker is promoting a bill that would hold a woman legally responsible for a miscarriage, and could result in a death penalty for the would-be mom.

What are your thoughts on this, OT?

all miscarriages? or do they look at their lifestyle first?

because some could be held responsible.

others are just unlucky.

It's disgusting. It doesn't matter what some one does while pregnant. She can do what she wants with her own body, even if it does lead to a miscarrage.

Old news; GOP is trying to tear down women's rights and put them back in the kitchen. Grandpappy Republican's 'War on Women' also includes the congress discussing taking any and all federal founds out of Planned Parenthood, an organization which does many things for women, and spends none of the federal money on those abortions they do carry out.CheapPerfume

I wouldnt lump these crazy bastards in with the Republicans simply because they share the same party.

I am not a republican, but I know the majority (most, I'd wager) are decent folks with just different ideas than liberals. Thats fine, and even good in many situations.

This guy...this guy is just CRAZY

I do lump it with the party because anyone who supports that party supports representatives that purpose plans (and vote for plans) like this. If you a rational person with independent ideas, why label yourself based on parties, especially when there are only two clear choices?
