come on please anyone im really in pain and its hard to focus with it. i need some suggestions to relieve the pain and i only have 10 dollars so i cant buy medicine

If you really pulled something in your back then you wouden't be able to get out of bed, much less type. In any case, walk it off.

Other than what a doctor prescribes that you take... sleep or stretch slowly while laying flat on your back on your floor is good too.

Because i too pulled something in my back. Well not sure if it was 'pulled' all i know is i was sitting down, stood up, heard a crack or a snap or something and it felt like my back got hit by a train.

No it happened when i fell out of bed this morning when it happenedand i can hardly move now and i have to drive home still which will not be fun at all

hit it, it works quite a few times strangely

Stretch it and massarge it, a hot bath will help if it's muscle strain

Lay down on a flat surface and have someone lightly walk on your back. Apply more pressure to the stressed spots obviously.

phil anselmo had a very effective method for treating back pain, though i wouldnt recommend it.
