How many push-ups can you do? Just standard average ones.

Wait what style of push up are we talking about? i can do ALOT of the standerd kind.. but 30 - 35 Military style =PHALO2cookieHe just means normal. Not like, clapping your hands in the middle or some craziness.
After being so inactive for so long probably no more than 10 to 15. Back in high school I could do 60-70. Nothing stopping me from building it up again though... that is one of my major goals this summer.foxhound_foxMe too :o.
I'm gonna run for real this summer, and do push-ups and sit-ups. Hopefully that'll encourage the girlfriend to... get off the computer.

70 to 100 usually.. When I start getting tired in the sets I lower to 50.. Then maybe 35.. I do alot of elevated push ups where my back feet are a foot above the floor on a table or chair or something.. It increases resistance.sSubZerOo

Yeah I know what you mean.. But from research I have done it says it does apply more resistance because your funneling more wieght balance on yoru arms.
