Question about amazon.ca

I'm looking to order something off the site but the thing is that, it comes from a different distributor not amazon, just how reliable are these people and is the delivery time affected?

I bought something off of amazon.ca that was from another company and everything went just fine, they delivered the game about 2 weeks before the estimated date and i would use them again if i ever wanted a older game again.
