Pricing will vary depending on your area and how nice the apartement is. Just call around in your area and see what suits you best.

There's no way we can answer without knowing your location. Cost of living varies by geographic region.

Rent can be as cheap as 200-400$/month and as high as several thousand depending on the area and the size of the apartment. Give specifics if you want a more accurate answer.

Yeah, so say the least. It varies immensely by region. I paid 600 a month plus utilities at my last apartment.

Ok, I should have been more specific. I don't want an exact number, I basically just want to know this: I'm going into my senior year, and after I graduate I need to go to community college before I can tranfer to a college. Since the community college dosn't have dorms, I just want to know if it's a realistic goal to get a two bedroom appartment that me and a friend can support with minimum wage paying jobs? I just want to know if it's possible, because I REALLY don't want to live with my parents for two more years.

And I live in the area of Reno, NV.

It may not be a great two bedroom apt, but you should be able to find something. I did something similar when I was in grad school.

2 Minimum wage jobs? It's doable, but you would have to make a ton of sacrifices.

A little, not much. They're not going to be paying my rent every month.

hmmm...i see. I think your best bet is to research the places that your interested in living in. Compare how much you and your friend will make a month to ALL the bills that you'll pay (water, gas, cable, groceries, etc.). Then see how much spending money you have left over, and honestly ask yourself if you'll be able to pay all the bills and live off of the extra money. No matter how large or small that amount is.
