When you guys are saying the prices, are you talking about if I bought it from a dealership, or if I was getting something from a listing on craigslist, or what?
I don't know much about cars, but this looks pretty good, and it's only $3300. Of course, I would look into it more and ask questions and stuff, but from what I see, it looks alright.

Either. Prices will vary quite a bit too, since some people try and ask more than it's worth. Dealers do have the advantage of offering trade-ins on your existing vehicle.
For a bit of comparison, my parents picked themselves up a beater car last weekend - 1994 Camry LE, just under 90,000km (so...55,000 miles?) and the woman kept track of every repair and trip to the pump and it set them back $5500. I think it was a bit overpriced, but still not a bad deal. It had all the major stuff replaced recently, too, from the fuel and water pumps to the timing belt. That's part of the problem with some used cars, as many people don't keep track of anything.
