Question about Fullmetal Alchemist... (possible spoilers)

Ok, I just got done watching episode 7 online (English dubbed, in case that is important), and it seems to have ended differently than the same episode that I seen on Adult Swim. The one on Adult Swim ended with Scar killing Tucker and the chimera in his own home, but the one online ended with Scar killing the chimera and Tucker going to prison. Can anyone clear this up for me? I am pretty sure it was the same episode...

The one with scar killing both of them is brotherhood.. the other one is the first FMA anime which deviated from the manga at this exact point.
