I've seldom seen a movie with voice-overs. Voice overs suck.

I don't own them, but it seems to be only subtitles. They don't tend to bother doing overdubbing anymore, mainly just anime films sometimes have overdubs. if it bothers you, you can always wait for the english remake that comes out this year I believe.

Yes, this year, by the demi god David Fincher!

Subtitled, but considering that the books were originally written in Swedish and, well, filmed in Sweden and have spoken Swedish (with a bit of English dialogue here and there as the story calls for it), it actually works better that way. A dub would be horribly distracting, IMO.

I've watched them all on DVD, and they do have English dubbing.

I didn't think they bothered anymore, I bet it is horrible. I do know alot of people who avoid subtitles like the plague, because "if they wanted to read text, they would read a book". I think subtitles are fairly undistracting as it is literally a glance to read them, it doesn't effect the movie for me at all. I would probably get annoyed if it was many paragraphs flashing up on screen though.

Subtitled, as far as I know. Dubbed films fail :c If you hate to read, just wait till Hollywood makes their own version of the trilogy, and piss over all that Stieg Larsson did.

Its better to watch them with subtitles.

I liked the series but I was disappointed with the 2nd and 3rd movies. They were ok but they really didn't push the suspense like the first one did. I'm really looking forward to seeing how they'll transfer it to an American audience.

Apparently it's some girl named Rooney Mara, but thank you Alli, I don't know if I'll be able to get rid of the mental image now. :(

outside of a social network, her filmography looks pretty poor. I'm sure she will do a better job than Lohan could though.

I remember the days when Chinese Kung Fu movies with English dubs were very popular.
