I have a question on regarding The American Freedom of speech. Can you legally say I have thoughts of killing people and you? Or does that count as a threat, although it isn't saying your going to but only stating your thoughts? Can one write violent witting about hurting others anonymously with no name in involved on who it is? Is anyone like a lawyer and can tell me when and how far Freedom of Speech can cover you?

I'm not a lawyer, but I think there might be a gray area as to what constitutes a threat. And saying you have thoughts of killing yourself or others is enough to get you committed against you're will.

It's "freedom of speech" or "freedom to speak" but on the same token it's also "consequences for actions." Unfortunately, there's a lot of idiots out their that don't quite understand the second half about repercussions.

I'm not a lawyer or anything so don't hold me to it. And from the way you were phrased the question, (namely including "The American" before "Freedom of Speech") led me to believe you weren't American.
